If you aren't training, that's your fault. CCP implemented the training queue years ago.
They know that they have an issue, they're working to fix it. Be patient.
At 18:12 my main has finished training (right now 18:39) and was going to resume training in this one. Can you queue between two chars? It's not the time spent in fixing this (repair.exe still have not crashed, and it's the first time), but it's time spent in this and not in other things, like my final DW project in software engineering, 'cause CCP don't pay someone to do proper QA. That's why we whine.
BTW, repair.exe still have 01h50m+ |

After Chribba's patch the ExeFile throws this message:
Your Eve client installation may have modified, damaged or corrupt files. Please run repair.exe located in the EVE game directory or re-install the game client.
Bad manifest signature, timestamp "2012.03.06 16:22:04", expected "2009.02.25 10:35:34" |

I have 2,48GB patch to download from repair.exe, and was not able to queue as was resuming training in this char from my main. I hope at least they will reimburse (SP's) something -¼-¼ |
